To illustrate inspire’s unique approach, we can consider the example of a company that aims to improve its performance management.

Our first step in this case would be to gain a good understanding of the performance management methods currently used by the client and their objectives for improving those methods in the future.

We would then develop and deliver tailor-made training courses and/or workshops to inform the client’s employees of the new approach. These training sessions would be reinforced with online or face-to-face follow-up sessions to ensure the successful application of the course information.

If further development were needed, we could also provide coaching.

The inspire Blended Approach to Learning

inspire’s “blended learning” is based on the idea that clients may need a combination of different formats and methods to achieve their objectives. We therefore offer a wide variety of training formats, which we can combine to meet the unique requirements of each client. Included among these formats are:

Group training courses Single courses for groups designed to focus on a specific area
Training programmes A series of training modules or courses linked together around a common theme
Individual training One-to-one training for individuals on a specific topic
Workshops Practical and focused sessions that cover specific topics
Training follow-ups Individual interviews or group sessions that follow a previous training event; follow-ups can be conducted face-to-face or online

To complement this range of options we can also include coaching, to go beyond training and meet the specific needs of individuals or teams.
